What is your delivery time?
Processing time is too fast. We deliver medium sized residential projects within 3 business days. Large or complex projects may take 6-8 business days. We will always let you know the estimated time frame before we start. If you have an urgent project that needs to be done sooner than 4 days, please let us know the bid date and we will attempt to adjust or add a small expedited fee to cover overtime on guaranteed dates.
What software do you use for estimating?
Plan swift software is used by our team to quantify material quantities from a given plan, and RS Means and our databases are used to calculate labor and material prices. We price projects by project zip code to ensure our estimates are as accurate and competitive as possible. Our database is the most updated by our team. We use the latest prices.
Where do you get the prices from?
We get the prices from the RS Means and our Database, which is updated several times a year. Pricing is based on the zip code of the project to ensure our quotes are as accurate and competitive as possible.
What kind of estimate do you provide?
We specialize in commercial and residential projects. We do estimation for renovations, new construction, high-rise buildings, apartment complexes, restaurants, mixed-use retail and residential buildings, warehouses, and more. We provide our services to general contractors, subcontractors, developers, architects, owners, lenders/banks, insurance companies, and more.
What if I don’t have a plan for my project?
Although we would appreciate the plan before hand, it’s okay if you don’t have one. We can estimate the cost of your project based on the quantity or sketch provided.
If I don’t have the drawing ready, can I get a quote?
Yes! We often work with architects, developers, and owners during the early planning and design stages. If you have a preliminary drawing or an idea of what you want to build, our team can estimate construction costs, provide better ideas, and help you make better decisions.
How do I send my project plans?
You can send plans to us via following ways:

What payment methods are available?
There are many ways to send us payments which includes Credit/Debit Card, Stripe, and Bank Transfer.
How accurate are your estimates?
Our estimates are very accurate and based on the zip code of the project, so our prices are accurate and competitive.
What kind of guarantees do you offer?
We do not offer any guarantees, but we recommend that you check your estimate before sending it.
Our Payment Policies
How do I get started with Bids Estimating Services?
First, send your plan and project details and specifications to [email protected]. After this, our estimator will analyze it and reply you with a quote and a proposed delivery date.
After you accepts our offer, we will send you an invoice for payment as soon as payment is made, our team will start working on the project and deliver it within the proposed time.
How much it will cost me to get an estimate or a material takeoff?
Each project usually varies in scope and size. First of all, we analyze the plans / drawings and the scope of work. Simply upload your plan using the link below and we’ll review and quote right away.
However, ours offers are always negotiable, and we encourage customers to submit plans, get a quote, and if required, negotiate with us to close the deal.
Our more than 95% of quotes are accepted.
Are there hourly rates for services?
We generally bill by project. But if you want to pay by hour, please let us know your project details so we can discuss and set a suitable hourly rate. Our estimation services are perfect for busy contractors in this regard and can save you 60% on estimating costs.
Is there a separate charge for amendments, drawing changes, and bid filling?
For small revisions we do not charge extra but for substantive addenda, we generally charge a nominal fee. Moreover, our bid filling fee is separate.
Do you offer monthly packages and long-term relationships?
We believe in long-term relationships and offer monthly estimation packages that can save you 60% on estimation costs compared to in-house estimator charges.
Is there a binding contract for monthly packages?
There is no binding contract for our clients. Also No, binding contract or monthly credit card billing is automatic.
